လျှောက်ထားသူများသည် လျှောက်လွှာပါအချက်အလက်များအား ကောင်းစွာဖတ်ရှုနားလည် သဘောတူပါသည်။

Applicant guarantees that all the information which he/she writes in this application form are true.
လျှောက်ထားသူသည် သူ/သူမ၏ ဤလျှောက်လွှာပုံစံတွင် ရေးသားထားသော အချက်အလက်များအားလုံး မှန်ကန်ကြောင်းအာမခံပါသည်။

Applicant shall follow the terms and conditions mandated by MCB in accord with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
လျှောက်ထားသူသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ ဥပဒေနှင့်အညီ ပြဌာန်းထားသော မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားများဘဏ်၏ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို လိုက်နာပါမည်။

Applicant shall inform the bank when the changes are made to the contact address and phone number.
လျှောက်ထားသူသည် ဆက်သွယ်ရန်လိပ်စာ၊ ဖုန်းနံပတ်များပြောင်းလဲပါက ဘဏ်သို့ ဆက်သွယ်အကြောင်းကြားပါမည်။

If borrower has no ability to make repayments, then his/her decedents or heirs are responsible to make repayments for the loan.
ချေးငွေ‌လျှောက်ထားရယူသူသည် ချေးငွေအားပြန်လည်ပေးဆပ်နိုင်စွမ်းမရှိပါက ၎င်း၏ အမွေစားအမွေခံများမှ ပြန်လည်ပေးဆပ်ရမည်ကို သဘောတူပါသည်။

If the full repayment for the loan is made before it is due, borrowers shall pay Early Settlement Fees as set by the bank in accord with the laws.
ချေးငွေသက်တမ်း မပြည့်မီ အပြေအကြေပေးဆပ်ပါက ဥပ‌ဒေနှင့်အညီ ဘဏ်မှသတ်မှတ်ထားသော Early Settlement Fee ပေးသွင်းရပါမည်။

Borrower must comply with all terms and conditions in the loan agreements made in line with the laws when the bank approves the loan.
အကယ်၍ ဘဏ်မှ ချေးငွေခွင့်ပြုခဲ့ပါက ဥပဒေနှင့်အညီ ချုပ်ဆိုရမည့် ချေးငွေစာချုပ်များပါ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော စည်းကမ်းချက်များအား လိုက်နာရပါမည်။

This application is submitted to the bank solely for the purpose of receiving loan and borrower shall have the loan only when the bank approves it.
ယခုလျှောက်လွှာသည် ချေးငွေအတွက် ဘဏ်သို့လျှောက်ထားခြင်းသာဖြစ်ပြီး ဘဏ်၏ခွင့်ပြုချက်ရမှသာ ချေးငွေအတည်ဖြစ်ပါမည်။

Opening and operating this bank account shall be in line with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
ဤစာရင်းဖွင့်လှစ်ခြင်း၊ လည်ပတ်ခြင်းများသည် ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၏ ဥပဒေများနှင့် အညီဖြစ်ရမည်။

The applicant / applicants hereby authorize and give the Bank my / our irrevocable consent to make such inquiries and conduct all such checks on me/us (including, but not limited to, inquiries and check with Myanmar Credit Bureau Limited recognised as such by the Central Bank of Myanmar or other parties relative to this applications) and obtain from and / or verify with any source and/ or disclose or release any information relating to me/ us or any of my/our account(s) with the Bank to any other party or source (including , but not limited to any of the Bank’s related companies, advisors, credit bureaus, credit reference agents, insurance providers, or governmental authorities/ agencies)as the Bank may from time to time deem fit at the Bank’s own absolute discretion and without any liability or notice to me/us.

(သို့) ဤလျှောက်ထားမှုများနှင့် ဆက်စပ်သည့် အခြားအဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် စုံစမ်းမှုများ၊ စစ်ဆေးမှုများ၊ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းအပါအဝင်) စုံစမ်းမှုများ၊ စစ်ဆေးမှုများပြုလုပ်ရန်၊ မည်သည့်ရင်းမြစ်မှ/နှင့် မဆို အချက်အလက်ရယူရန်/ တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးရန်နှင့် / သို့ လျှောက်ထားသူ (တို့) နှင့် လည်းကောင်း၊ ဘဏ်ရှိလျှောက်ထားသူ(တို့)၏ စာရင်း(များ)နှင့် လည်းကောင်း သက်ဆိုင်သည့် မည်သည့် သတင်းအချက်အလက် ကိုမဆို (ဘဏ်နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သည့် ကုမ္ပဏီများ၊ အကြံ‌ပေးများ၊ ချေးငွေဆိုင်ရာဗျူရိုများ၊ ချေးငွေဆိုင်ရာ အချက်အလက်စုစည်း/ သိမ်းဆည်းသည့် အေးဂျင့်များ၊ အာမခံစီစဉ်ပေးသူများ (သို့) အစိုးရအာဏာပိုင်များ/ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ အပါအဝင်) အခြား အဖွဲ့အစည်း (သို့) ရင်းမြစ်သို့ ဘဏ်၏ ကိုယ်ပိုင်ဆုံးဖြတ်ခွင့်ဖြင့် သင့်တော်သည်ဟု ယူဆချိန်တွင် လျှောက်ထားသူ(တို့)အား အသိပေးခြင်း၊ တာဝန်ခံခြင်း၊ မပြုဘဲ ထုတ်‌ဖော်/ ပြောကြားရန် လျှောက်ထားသူ(တို့)၏ သဘောတူညီချက်နှင့် အခွင့်အာဏာကို လျှောက်ထားသူ(တို့)မှ ဘဏ်အား အပ်နှင်းပါသည်။

The applicant/ applicants further acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to reject this application without assigning any reason and retain documents submitted with this application, for the purposes of this application and for business and /or regulatory purposes.
ဤလျှောက်ထားမှုအား မည်သည့်အကြောင်းအရင်းမျှ မပေးဘဲ ဘဏ်အနေနှင့် ငြင်းပယ်ခွင့်ရှိကြောင်း၊ ဤလျှောက်ထားမှုနှင့်အတူ တင်သွင်းသည့်စာရွက်စာတမ်းများအား လျှောက်ထားမှု၊ လုပ်ငန်းနှင့် သတ်မှတ်ချက်အရ ထိန်းသိမ်းခွင့်ရှိကြောင်းကို လျှောက်ထားသူ(တို့)မှ သိရှိပါကြောင်း ထပ်မံ၍ ကတိခံအပ်ပါသည်။

The applicant/ applicants hereby authorize the Bank to disclose any information of myself/ourselves and/ or data relating to myself/ ourselves to the Vendor (Seller), Supplier and/ or Dealer by phone, electronic mail, short messaging service (SMS) or any other means of communication which the Bank deems appropriate, for the purposes of this application.
ဤလျှောက်ထားမှုနှင့် စပ်လျဉ်း၍ Vendor(ရောင်းသူ)၊ Supplier နှင့်/သို့ Dealer များထံဖုန်း၊ အီလက်ထရောနစ်မေးလ်၊ စာတို(SMS)(သို့) ဘဏ်မှ သင့်တော်သည်ဟု ယူဆသည့် အခြားဆက်သွယ်မှုပုံစံတစ်ရပ်ရပ်ဖြင့် လျှောက်ထားသူ(တို့)၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်များကို သော်လည်းကောင်းလျှောက်ထားသူ(တို့)နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သည့် အချက်အလက်များကို သော်လည်းကောင်း ထုတ်ဖော်/ပြောကြားခွင့် အာဏာကို လျှောက်ထားသူ(တို့)မှ ဘဏ်အားအပ်နှင်းပါသည်။
